Narrative: 
The health of the worlds oceans is at jeopardy. Many sea birds and marine mammals are struggling to survive because of human activities. In this painting I am highlighting the plight of our penguins from overfishing. However there are so many things that also impact on our oceans and inhabitants including bottom- trawling, pollution, warmer temperatures, sea level rise, and more intense weather conditions from climate change.

As David Attenborough says “The future of humanity, and indeed all life on Earth, depends on us”.

The artwork is humourous and sad all at the same time, and I hope the artwork encourages viewers to speak up on environmental issues.
